THE AEIPATHY PROJECT
A E I P A T H Y: an enduring & consuming passion.

A PASSION MOVEMENT AT A GLANCE
Mental Health. Education. Human Rights.
The Aeipathy Project is still in its early stages of development, however, our goal is to implement positive, long-lasting, meaningful, and impactful changes to our Mental Health Crisis in America. For TAP, it starts with engaging in progressive grassroot campaigns that will destigmatize mental illness while pushing for “mental health awareness” programs in all k-12 schools across the country.
One day, in retrospect, the years of struggle will
strike you as the most beautiful.

Meaningful Work. Unforgettable Experiences.
HOMELESS OUTREACH
The solution to homelessness is far from simple. LA has started interventions in rapid re-housing like Project Roomkey and Project Homekey; both projects are designed to quickly connect people to housing and housing services, but ending homelessness means ending the mental health crisis first. TAP believes that housing is a human right, we also believe that mental wellness is a human right. Housing initiatives for those experiencing homelessness should fund more than infrastructure, they should fund all necessary Mental Health Services, Social Services, medical services, and follow-ups that an individual or family transitioning from homelessness may require.
TAP has a vision: by focusing on the individual/family from start, to finish, to follow up, we can do more than house those experiencing homelessness, we can help them experience mental wellness and recovery so they can stay housed and stay healthy.
EDUCATION REFORM
TAP is working on a universal school curriculum (k-12) that can be implemented nationwide.
It would push for the enactment of the following principals:

1. Invest in free, public education so every child will have a fair chance at future success.
2. Invest in professionally trained teachers who feel empowered to ensure quality education.
3. Teach Critical Race Theory in age-appropriate schools.
4. End the equity gap by allocating funds for disadvantaged students per district.
5. Accommodate different learning styles.
6. Create student-centric environments, not test-centric environments.
7. Reduce race and gender barriers in learning.
8. Teach with inclusivity and diversity at the forefront of lessons.
GUN-VIOLENCE
At The Aeipathy Project, we are dedicated to stepping up our efforts in addressing the gun-violence epidemic we are facing in America. Through commitment, collaboration, compassion, and community empowerment we believe we can facilitate rapid progress in eliminating gun-violence by pushing for sensible gun laws, establishing a culture of gun safety, and holding the gun industry accountable to a code of conduct.
